| Description | Ride her Cowboy! Nothing to it. This thing won't buck. All in a day's work as one man seated at the controls on top of the derrick lifted a hoisting engine into place on its pier at the floodgates of the Fort Peck Spillway. All machinery for raising the sixteen 75-ton gates was made and installed by the McKiernan-Terry Corporation of New York under their contract with the Army Engineers. |
